Services Established Within the Program
Services Established Within the Program “Rights, Services, Participation: Fostering a Comprehensive Mental Health Framework in Armenia” are:
MOBILE MENTAL HEALTH SERVICE
Mobile services are delivered by multidisciplinary teams consisting of 5 specialists. The team includes: a psychiatrist, psychologist, social worker, nurse, and a peer support provider.
The service provides:
- Mental health assessment
- Counseling and referral for treatment
- Ongoing support and monitoring
- Assessment of individual and social needs
- Peer support
Who can apply:
- Beneficiaries of the program are individuals aged 18 and older who are registered and:
- Have not received or have been unable to receive outpatient psychiatric care for at least the past 3 months despite needing it
- Have been frequently hospitalized (at least 2 times in the past 3 years)
- Have received involuntary or compulsory inpatient treatment
- Have required at least 4 home visits by a psychiatrist in the past 2 months

The service provides a safe and trusting environment where individuals can:
- Share their experiences
- Receive support without judgment

Anyone who has ever received psychosocial support or believes they need it.
