Psychiatry for Psychologists
This training is designed for clinical psychologists and focuses on the most common mental health conditions encountered in clinical practice, including those that, despite being widespread, are often absent from standard educational curricula.
It clearly and accessibly describes the biological and psychosocial mechanisms behind the development of mental health disorders.
The course offers a detailed and well-founded perspective from multiple professional angles, integrating biological, clinical, and psychotherapeutic viewpoints.
It provides practical psychotherapeutic tools for working with various conditions, significantly enhancing treatment effectiveness.
Participants will learn how to build effective communication and therapeutic relationships with individuals facing different mental health challenges, as well as how to improve collaboration between psychologists and psychiatrists.
The training includes 15 in-person sessions held weekly.
